QUALITY CONTROL FACILITY

SNC's dedicated quality control area is equipped with Digital Thermocouple (for Process temperature monitoring), Digital Thermocouple (for Die temperature monitoring), Vernier Digital Height Gauge (0 - 300mm), Surface Plate, Micrometers (up to 100mm), Verniers (up to 300mm), Feeler Gauges, Radius Gauges and other general measuring instruments SNC's Quality control team is headed by engineering professionals with rich experience and supported by skilled man powers.

Part of SNC's standard quality documentation system, SNC provides the following documents to the client.

  • FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
